Furniture project for a house, Kyiv, Pechersk district

A kitchen and library for a house in Pechersk. The district — the historic and business "heart" of Kyiv — shaped the interior of the house and the style of the furniture. The kitchen is in solid oak, finished with oil-wax. The element above the extractor hood is decorated with carving to the client's individual wish. Hardware by BLUM, quartzite worktop. The library has open shelves fitted with convenient lighting and solid-oak fronts. At the centre of the room is a writing desk with refined legs, made of solid oak and decorated with intricate carving and decorative elements. The walls and ceiling of the library are covered with luxurious timber panels that not only adorn the room but also serve as additional sound insulation.
